Due to the suspension of statutory reporting arrangements in 2020 and 2021, internal assessments were coducted at the end of EYFS and KS1.  These results were reported to the Local Authority and Waterton Academy Trust.

Overview Of Results 2018-19

In summary:

Early Years Foundation Stage

In 2019 80% of children achieved a Good level of Development at the end on the Early Years Foundation Stage compared to 72% of children nationally.

 

Phonics Screening Check (Year 1)

In 2019 83% of pupils in Y1 met the phonic check threshold compared to 82% nationally.

 

Key Stage One (Year 2)

Reading
In 2019 85% of pupils were working at the new expected standard, compared to 75% nationally and 46% of pupils were working at greater depth, compared to 26% nationally.

 

Writing
In 2019 85% of pupils were working at the new expected standard, compared to 70% nationally and 21% of pupils were working at greater depth, compared to 16% nationally.

 

Mathematics
In 2019 85% of pupils were working at the new expected standard, compared to 76% nationally and 44% of pupils were working at greater depth, compared to 22% nationally.

 

In 2019 85% of pupils were working at the expected standard in reading and writing and mathematics.

 

In 2019 18% of pupils were working at greater depth in reading and writing and mathematics.
