Welcome to Year 1/2 at Lee Brigg Infant and Nursery School.
Miss Calvert is our class teacher.
In Year 1/2 we encourage children to learn in an exciting, creative and supportive environment. Each child is treated as an individual and children are encouraged to take greater control of their own learning as they move through Key Stage 1. Our aim is to promote and develop both hardworking and independent learners!
In Year 1/2 Mrs Datta (HLTA) supports our class. We truly believe in working as a team and have the same high expectations for children to believe in themselves as confident and independent learners.
During the year we plan interesting and stimulating learning opportunities based around exciting themes which really motivate our children to get fully engrossed in their learning.
